Rina POS is designed to operate primarily offline using a local SQLite database on your device. We do not require you to create an account on our servers, and we do not collect personal data such as names, emails, or phone numbers unless you explicitly provide them for support purposes.

• Local Data: Your products, transactions, and store profiles are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.
• Camera/Gallery Access: The App requires access to your camera and photo gallery solely for the purpose of attaching images to your product inventory. These images are saved locally.
• Bluetooth Access: The App requires Bluetooth permissions to connect to thermal receipt printers. We do not collect or transmit location data via Bluetooth.

2. How We Use Your Information

Since data is stored locally on your device, we do not use your data for marketing, analytics, or profiling. The permissions requested (Camera, Storage, Bluetooth) are strictly used to enable the core functionalities of the point-of-sale system.

3. Data Security

We prioritize the security of your data. However, because the data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for securing your device with a passcode or biometric lock. We strongly recommend using the App's built-in backup features to prevent data loss.
