Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Rina POS mobile application operated by Cool Pineapple Lab.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
2. Use of the App
Rina POS is a point-of-sale tool intended to help small and medium businesses manage transactions. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Data Backup and Loss
The App stores data locally on your device. You acknowledge that Cool Pineapple Lab is not responsible for any loss of data due to device damage, uninstallation, or malfunction. It is your responsibility to regularly export and backup your database using the provided tools within the App.
4. "As Is" Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability of the App or its connection to external hardware (such as Bluetooth printers).
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
