Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Sakadang mobile application (the "App") operated by us.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

1. Description of Service

Sakadang is a digital storytelling companion application designed to assist parents and guardians in reading bedtime stories to their children. It provides story texts, emotion guides, and ambient audio effects.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

A. Freemium Model

Sakadang offers a free tier which includes access to a limited number of stories. To unlock all stories and exclusive features, you may purchase a Premium Subscription.

B. Billing and Auto-Renewal

Premium subscriptions are billed on an annual basis. Payment will be charged to your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

C. Cancellation

You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store after purchase. We do not process refunds directly; all refund requests must be handled through the respective app store.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password/Google account that you use to access the App.
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

• Our Content: All original stories, audio assets, graphics, and app design are the intellectual property of Sakadang. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.
• AI-Assisted Content: Some story frameworks or audio elements may be generated or refined using Artificial Intelligence. We review content for safety, but parents should always preview stories to ensure they align with their family values.
• User-Generated Content (Future Feature): If you submit or share your own stories to the Sakadang community, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must not post copyrighted or inappropriate material.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Sakadang makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App's content or audio features.

Parental Discretion Advised: The App is a tool for parents. You are solely responsible for determining if a story is appropriate for your child's age and emotional maturity.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sakadang, nor its developers or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
